Spraying: Equipped with a centralized downsprinkling device, the nozzles are asymmetrically distributed to improve the spraying coverage. Eliminate shadow effects and greatly improve cleaning effect and speed.
Space structure: 304-grade stainless steel outer shell and 316L-grade stainless steel inner liner, which are corrosion-resistant. The double-wall structure helps reduce noise and can effectively reduce heat loss, thereby reducing energy costs. The heating components are hidden to avoid accidental burns. The inner cavity of the pipe is made of high-grade double-layer stainless steel material: >1.4301/1.4435. It has passed the chemical corrosion test and is suitable for long-distance transportation. The electrostatically safe PCB bracket is durable and prevents corrosion.
Control program: Contains 16 standard cleaning programs and 10 custom programs that can meet most cleaning requirements. With precise control of all program parameters including time, temperature, detergent/neutralizer dosage and drying, this program is also suitable for challenging cleaning tasks.
Dispensing system: Contains two dispensing pumps, which can automatically and accurately dispense detergent and neutralizer. There are two 5-liter storage boxes at the base of the cleaning and disinfecting machine, providing a convenient storage solution. Each peristaltic pump is equipped with a flow control to ensure that water and cleaning agent are mixed in the correct ratio.
Filtration system: The three-layer filtration system ensures that only clean, particle-free water can circulate in the chamber. The filtration of the water inlet prevents external particles from entering the water channel. Multiple sewage filters prevent debris in the water from re-entering the circulation. Circulation pump counterflow filters protect and extend pump life.
Circulation system: A circulation pump with a flow rate of 430 liters per minute provides powerful cleaning capabilities. The rotating spray washing arm installed in the washing room can clean the surface of glassware. The spray washing arm on the lower floor can also clean the internal surface of glassware, as long as the vessel has Large opening and placed on the first floor.
