S8000D
STIER
The M8000D laboratory fully automatic bottle washing machine is one of STIER's main products. It has a large capacity, adopts a closed cleaning method, and comes with a drying function. The cleaning effect meets the requirements of ultra-trace analysis, and can also meet the requirements of gas chromatography, liquid phase Chromatography, ICP-MS, GC-MS, LC-MS and other requirements. STIER's automatic laboratory vessel cleaning machines all adopt a new generation of back water supply structure, which has a larger cleaning capacity and stronger cleaning power, and eliminates contamination of glassware. STIER laboratory bottle washing machine has customized basket rack and cleaning plan, which can handle various cleaning needs. The flexible combination of cleaning modules allows for the simultaneous cleaning of multiple types of vessels, helping laboratories meet trace or ultra-trace cleaning requirements, liquid phase, gas phase, and liquid quality levels, all with one click. There are mature cleaning solutions for a variety of pollutants, such as traditional Chinese medicine, creams, proteins, esters, etc.
Today, as laboratory cleaning requirements are increasing day by day, traditional manual cleaning can no longer fully meet the requirements. Some laboratories will choose to use ultrasonic cleaning machines to clean experimental vessels. Let’s take a look at the operation process of ultrasonic cleaning machines.
1. Add tap water into the cleaning tank. Make sure the water level is higher than or equal to 3/4 of the height of the tank in the cleaning tank. Start the electric heating and start the ultrasonic wave for degassing. When the water temperature is about 40 degrees, add the specified amount of ultrasonic cleaning agent and wait. Start cleaning parts when the water temperature reaches 55~60 degrees.
2. Disassemble the parts to be cleaned as much as possible, and use high-pressure water guns, wire brushes, shovels or other tools to manually pretreat the soil, heavy oil stains and heavy carbon deposits on the surfaces of the parts to ensure the service life of the cleaning fluid. And cleaning speed and effect.
3. Put the parts to be cleaned into the cleaning tank, place them without overlapping, and ensure that the parts are completely submerged in the cleaning fluid.
