1. How is the washing process going? Probably there are different washing programs
2. Does the washer have water filter? What are the requirements for the quality of water at the entrance to the washer? Is there enough tap water or is there need pure water at some stages of washing?
3. What is the water consumption? Especially pure water consumption
4. The glassware washer L2000D has 3 levels. And each level holds 2 modules, right?
5. Basically the washer will be used in analytical laboratory. But how does it cope with more difficult pollution? (We have an organic synthesis laboratory next door)
Probably the question is how to prepare heavily soiled glassware for washing?
Here are the answers:
1. There is a demonstration video in attachment.
2. The washer have water filter (in video). The requirements for the quality of water at the entrance to the washer: Tap water.
3. Generally, tap water four times, pure water twice. Each time uses 12L water, One cycle 6*12L=72L
4. Yes! each level holds 2 modules (you can see them clearly in the video)
5. We have different cleaning procedures for different contaminants (introduction in the video)
