Maintenance and maintenance of fully automatic bottle washing machine:
1. Maintenance according to the requirements of the bottle washing machine: grease the sleeve roller chain, bottle inlet system, bottle outlet system, and return device bearings once per shift; chain box drive shaft, universal coupling, etc. Other bearings should be lubricated every two shifts; each gearbox should be checked for lubrication every quarter, and the lubricating oil should be replaced when necessary.
2. Always pay attention to observe whether the movements of all parts are synchronized, whether there are any abnormal noises, whether fasteners are loose everywhere, whether the liquid temperature and liquid level meet the requirements, whether the water pressure and steam pressure are normal, and whether the nozzles and filters are blocked. And cleaning, whether the bearing temperature is normal and whether the lubrication is good. Once abnormal conditions are discovered, they should be dealt with promptly.
3. Every time the washing liquid is replaced and waste water is discharged, the inside of the machine must be fully flushed to remove dirt and broken glass, and the filter cartridge must be cleaned and dredged.
4. The heater should be sprayed with high-pressure water once a quarter, and the dirt filter and liquid level detector on the steam pipeline should be cleaned once.
5. Brush the nozzle every month, clear the nozzle, and adjust the nozzle alignment in a timely manner.
6. Check various chain tensioners every six months and adjust them if necessary.
